Why does the print look slightly irregular?
Our products are handcrafted by skilled artisans in small batches rather than being mass-produced by machines. As a result, each piece may display slight variations in its print. These subtle irregularities are a hallmark of genuine craftsmanship and make every item truly unique.
Why is the color different from the pictures online?
All product photographs are captured under controlled lighting conditions to reflect the most accurate representation possible. However, slight differences may occur due to varying light settings, camera limitations, and individual screen displays. Additionally, since our products are handcrafted in small batches, minor variations in color tones may naturally occur, adding to their distinctive character.
How do I track my order?
As soon as the order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email/sms with tracking details. Please do check your junk/spam emails too as sometimes the email gets labelled as such.
Where can I check my order details?
Order details can be accessed by logging into your account on our website at (www.elitedresser.com). Once logged in, navigate to the “My Orders” section to review both current and past purchases.
For your convenience, an order confirmation is also sent directly to your registered email address after each purchase.
