RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to love your purchase from Elite Dresser. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, you can request a return or exchange as per the guidelines below:
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- A return or exchange request must be raised within 5 days of delivery.
- Exchanges will be processed once your return is picked up and approved. In case your desired size/product is unavailable due to limited stock, our team will assist you in selecting an alternative.
- Refunds will be issued only in the form of Store Credit unless the product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Each order is eligible for one return request only. Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for return/exchange.
- For any exchange the customer has to pay ₹99 for the shipment charges.
Damaged or Defective Products
- In case of any damaged, defective, or missing products, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at elitedresserritu@gmail.com.
- Kindly share images/videos of the issue. After verification, we will offer you a replacement, store credit, or a full refund (for prepaid orders).
- Please note, Minor variations in color, texture, or print due to lighting or display screens are not considered defects. Many of our items are handcrafted, and natural variations are part of their uniqueness.
- Please note: Slight misprints, weaving variations, or minor color differences from website images are not considered defects. Since we specialize in handcrafted products, these variations are part of their unique character and authenticity.
- If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the product to our warehouse. Once the product passes QC (Quality Checks), we will issue ₹100 as store credit to cover your shipping cost.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
1. Request a Return
Email us at elitedresserritu@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for return or exchange.
2. Ship Your Item
Once your request is approved, we’ll share the return address. Please note that return shipping costs are your responsibility.
3. Receive Store Credit
After the returned item has been inspected and approved, you’ll receive store credit issued to your registered account or email.
Store Credit
- A Store Credit will be issued to you within 24 hours of your return being picked up.
- This credit will be delivered directly to your registered email.
- It remains valid for 365 days, giving you the freedom to select your next Elite Dresser piece at your convenience.
- The credit will reflect the product value of your return.
- Please note, shipping charges are not included in the credit.
Order Cancellations
- Should you wish to cancel your order, we kindly request that it be done prior to dispatch.
- For cancellations made after dispatch, a nominal fee of ₹180 will be deducted from the order value.
Refunds
At Elite Dresser, every piece is crafted and delivered with care. In rare instances where a refund is required, we follow a process designed to be both transparent and seamless.
- Should you wish to cancel your order, we kindly request that it be done prior to dispatch.
- Eligibility: We offer refunds only if the product delivered is wrong or damaged. For all other returns, you’ll receive store credit to use on your next purchase.

Timeline: Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.

- Returns typically take 12–14 working days to reach our warehouse.
- Once received, our in-house team completes a quality check within 1–2 working days.
- Refund initiation takes an additional 2–3 business days, and banks/payment portals may require a further 2–3 business days for reflection.
- Deductions: A nominal fee of 5% will be deducted for money refunds (except in the case of damaged products, where no fee applies).
- Coverage: Refunds are issued for the product value only. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Final Authority: Elite Dresser reserves the right to make the final decision in all refund matters.
